I love capturing real life. You all know this. I love it. I love it because it's real. The things you never want to forget of your child are how much he loves balls/bats/Imagination Movers, how your little one waves, how he loves to snuggle up with his "beaver."
Sometimes there might be other things on this list and sometimes little ones don't cooperate! Mr. Owen was having one of those not cooperating days last week when I went to visit. Thankfully, I document LIFE. An almost two year old not cooperating is LIFE. :) All O wanted to do was play with balls. In fact, he carried two bats at one time-you can hit more balls with two bats, right?! Even though a sweet daddy and a sly photographer hid a ball or two trying to get him interested in the things he normally likes, he just wanted the balls! I am thankful for families (and little boys) who go with the flow and just have fun!
This session will be the one forever remembered as "That time Owen only wanted to play balls!" OR "The first day of Owen's ball obsession" (that's yet to be decided).
I hope you enjoy a slice of life straight from the Sneedos.
*This was my first session with my new camera! I was super pumped with the results and hope you will enjoy them as well!
After hanging out at their house for awhile, we ran over to Andy's mom's house to see her garden. Andy's dad (Owen) always had a big garden. This is the first garden they have had since he passed away several years ago. We thought it would be neat to get some pictures of Owen walking in "Owen's Garden."
These warm my heart.
Wow, look at THAT ball and bat! Oh wait, maybe it's a cucumber and tomato.....
One of my favorites.
This boy was starting to get sleepy!
